(Grandma Mary) I have always been very passionate about my health and the health of my family. I have been blessed to serve my friends and customers at Nature’s Nook since the 1990’s. Owning a health food store was such a huge accomplishment for me, and in turn has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. The relationships I have made with customers that have become friends, will forever be near to my heart. My hope is that the knowledge I have gained in my years of studying will continue to help many people.

When I was younger, my love of traveling took me all over the world. I am amazed by the beauty of this earth. Once, while I was in South America, I met a gentleman that claimed he had a machine that could cure Lymes disease. My interest was sparked because I had children who were struggling with this disease. When I returned home I began my own research about this technology so I could help my children.

After further research and much prayer, I decided to open a wellness center. Not only to help my children, but to help my wonderful friends and customers. That is when Mary’s Health and Wellness was created. Over the years since then, our Wellness Center has been serving the Eastern Idaho community through some of the best technicians. We all work with the same goal in mind: to help in any way we can! It is our mission to continue to help you change your lifestyle in order to regain control of your health, happiness, and future!
