TECHNICIAN, WELLNESS COACHING

Traci Burt - CCHD, NNPCP

Growing up in a home where her mother only used herbs for healing gave Traci an early start with becoming familiar with herbs and their uses. As children, they quickly learned to not complain when they weren't feeling well because they would get a spoonful of goldenseal or cayenne shoved down their throat, of course no sugar added! While raising her children she tried to incorporate the same ideas, only adding the thought that there is balance and a place for medical as well.

Over the years she has gained knowledge through experiences in her life that have helped her understand the role that health plays connecting emotional with physical, affecting us mentally and spiritually. It is another necessary balance for the greatest health.

She considers it a blessing to be a part of Nature's Nook and Mary's Wellness Center, being trained by the best. It isn't "work" for her, it is meeting and serving new friends that help her as much as she helps them. She loves learning something new everyday. If she could give the customers something it would be to have a brightness of hope.
